Travel photography - the beginning

My passion for photography started on vacations in my early childhood. As a family, we travelled predominantly in Germany, exploring cities and their historical sights. This kind of travelling has stuck with me and has a huge impact on the kind of photography that I pursue. Until very recently, all of my photography was done with a phone camera.

Arcitecture and Nature

If you have visited my motorsport photography page, you know that capturing contrasting shapes and colours is my favourite part of photography. This translates onto the images I capture during my travels. I am particularly drawn towards buildings with character and history. I like to pair them with surrounding parts of nature and challenge myself with their dissimilarities.

Experimental

Recently, I have started to challenge my style of photography and try some new techniques and perspectives. Graduating from my usual phone to an actual camera has provided me with a lot more settings to be explored.

Monuments

As a history student, photographing monuments is very important to me, as they are build to keep the memory of important historic events and people. I like capturing them in a cinematic setting.
